    “No,I’monlypigituptothrowintothegarbageter”repliedDimitri.Heknewfromthatvoicethatitwasoneofhishomelesspals,adirty,dipidatedbum.

    “Whatgoodnews?”Takingoutacigarette,Dimitrigenerouslytossedittohisfriendandlighteditforhim.Themanpuffedgreedilyathiscigaretteandthensighedinsatisfa.
